Manage strategic customer relationships globally to drive revenue growth, retention, and product/GEO diversification. Create global account plans, coordinate with execution teams, document activity in CRM, monitor KPIs and yields, propose value-add solutions and system integrations (EDI, APIs), and prepare regular reviews and reports. Travel as needed.

Coordinate and monitor international inbound/outbound shipments, process shipping requests and compliant documentation, track KPIs, resolve exceptions, communicate with customers and vendors, create SOPs/SWIs, support Dangerous Goods documentation and cross-functional collaboration to improve supply‑chain processes.
