Own and evolve Traba’s staffing marketplace product across enterprise customers and workers. Define product strategy, solve two-sided marketplace challenges, write requirements, partner with engineering and design, improve liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency, and build internal tooling. Use data and customer research to launch scalable solutions across regions and industrial environments while collaborating closely with operations, sales, and leadership.

Build Traba’s 0-to-1 AI agent platform for industrial supply chain workflows. Define product strategy, write requirements, partner with engineering and ML teams, prototype with customers, and design reliable agents that reason, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute work autonomously. Establish evaluation and quality frameworks, analyze system performance, communicate complex concepts, and collaborate across founders, design, operations, engineering, and customers.

Lead design and implementation of Traba's agent platform: orchestration runtime, eval and observability stacks, integrations to customer systems (WMS/TMS/ERP), model strategy, retrieval/memory, and production agent deployments. Spend time with customers, build evaluation pipelines and regression suites, hire and mentor engineers, and set multi-year roadmap with CTO and product teams.
