The Forward Deployed Engineer will manage technical implementations, data migrations, and integrations, ensuring clients successfully deploy SewerAI's platform. Responsibilities include leading customer discovery sessions, project management, scripting, and providing technical consulting to improve customer outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of municipal, contractor, and engineering customers to drive renewals, expansion, and measurable value from SewerAI's platform. Serve as primary contact, conduct QBRs, build executive champions, forecast account health, handle escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and scale account management processes.

Lead and manage product delivery for the SewerAI platform, overseeing a team of full-stack engineers while participating in technical architecture and coding tasks.
