Lead and manage all financial operations for a ~110-employee event production company, including accounting, payroll, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and finance systems. Provide strategic financial guidance to ownership and executive leadership, supervise accounting staff, drive process improvements and automation, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Support the Design Manager by executing on-site lighting and AV projects, operating consoles and dimming systems, leading assigned crews, following rigging and safety practices, reporting issues, and ensuring installs and strikes meet Got Lights signature style and internal communication standards.
