Leads integrated marketing for Totara’s US Public Sector business across Federal and SLED markets. Owns events, communications, email, partnerships, sponsorships, content, web strategy, paid campaigns, account-based marketing, and campaign coordination. Partners with sales and demand generation to build awareness, engage public-sector audiences, generate qualified pipeline, and measure campaign performance. The role is fully remote for US-based applicants, requires US citizenship and a background check, and may involve travel.

The Senior Account Executive will drive new business growth in the US Public Sector, manage complex sales cycles, develop relationships, and collaborate with partners to close deals.

Lead and execute data-driven demand generation campaigns for U.S. Public Sector and UK Government/Healthcare. Manage paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), HubSpot nurture programs and landing pages, WordPress site/SEO, analytics, partner co-marketing, and ABM initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams to drive pipeline, optimize funnels, and report on performance while testing new channels to improve conversion and revenue contribution.
