Embed with strategic customers to design, build, and deploy frontier AI/LLM systems into production. Responsibilities include discovery, architecture, integration, prototyping, deployment, observability, safety evaluations, and driving adoption and product feedback.

Design and optimize large-scale AI platform internals: inference runtimes, model serving, GPU and distributed performance, context engineering, cost optimization, release safety, observability, and production reliability. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, define architecture trade-offs, and ensure safe, cost-efficient, and scalable deployment of LLM and agentic systems.

Lead execution of an omnichannel roadmap by managing a portfolio of interdependent projects (BOPIS, Ship‑from‑Store, Endless Aisle, POS). Align technical designs with architects and engineering, manage dependencies across Web/Mobile, OMS/ERP, and 3PLs, report program health to VP executives, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning).

Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs in Python. Preprocess unstructured text, apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG with vector databases, use orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex), deploy scalable model APIs, monitor production, and collaborate cross-functionally.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, reverse engineering codebases, and collaborating with teams. Responsibilities include ensuring system performance and resolving technical issues.
