Own and evolve Tavus's design system: define tokens, components, theming, governance, and documentation. Partner with engineering to ensure faithful implementation, bring meticulous visual and motion craft to components, drive adoption across products, and eventually own a product area to apply systems-level design in shipping product.

Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered growth experiments and automation using no-code tools and code. Build product-led demos on the Tavus platform, integrate APIs/LLMs, automate marketing operations and reporting, and collaborate with design, product, and data to scale successful experiments.

Own full enterprise sales cycle: source and qualify leads, build pipeline via outbounding, negotiate and close complex six- to seven-figure deals, manage executive relationships, develop account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape the companys GTM motion while representing Tavus at industry events.

Define and run company-wide product strategy for Tavus's AI products. Own end-to-end customer journeys from sign-up to production, operate in ambiguity, move fast, collaborate closely with engineering, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
