Join the CAT E&A team to conduct wind vulnerability assessments, research risk evaluations, and develop internal catastrophe models for underwriting decisions.

Provide legal counsel and underwriting support for global surety business, advising on risk, contracts, bond forms, indemnity and co-surety agreements; negotiate transactions; monitor regulatory and legal developments; support product development, training, and international growth initiatives.

Build and evaluate risk models for natural catastrophes and other perils using advanced statistics and machine learning. Analyze large, diverse datasets, validate vendor models, develop internal exposure views, create scalable pipelines, and communicate results to underwriters and stakeholders to inform underwriting decisions.

Lead development and execution of a middle-market contract surety go-to-market strategy. Build and manage an underwriting team and portfolio, draft underwriting criteria, ensure portfolio stays within appetite, collaborate with brokers and customers, maintain compliance and documentation, and monitor competitive landscape.

Perform catastrophe (CAT) assessments on accounts using vendor and internal models, explain results to underwriters, provide training, guide India modeling operations, incorporate BHSI risk views into tools, and improve account evaluation processes and tools.

Analyze large, diverse datasets (claims, hazard, geospatial) and apply advanced data science, ML, and AI to model catastrophe, hazard, exposure, and man-made risks. Evaluate vendor models, develop internal risk views and tools, collaborate with domain experts, and support underwriting decision-making and account-specific risk analyses.
