The Portfolio Officer supports portfolio, relationship, and center managers in soliciting and retaining banking relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing customer financial needs, supporting loan and deposit sales, presenting credit and product requests, assisting negotiations, meeting sales and budget goals, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, and participating in community activities. The role requires independent sales efforts, strong analytical and communication skills, banking policy awareness, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid California driver’s license.

Provides administrative and clerical support to branch officers and customers. Duties include consulting with customers, selling bank products, preparing and processing loan documentation, obtaining credit information, ensuring account documentation compliance, completing monthly reports, and delivering professional customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of teller experience in a financial institution.
