Owns the early mortgage client journey from lead intake through pre-approval readiness. Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, conducting intake calls, assisting with loan applications under supervision, collecting and organizing documentation, tracking activity in the CRM, following up on missing information, coordinating pre-approval reviews, and providing non-advisory updates to clients and Realtors. Partner with sales leadership, HR, and operations to develop retention strategies, evaluate incentives, conduct stay conversations, address employee concerns, and analyze stay and exit interview trends to improve engagement and reduce turnover.

Drives recruitment closing and conversion for experienced, high-producing Mortgage Loan Officers and teams. Owns late-stage candidate engagement, customized offer presentation, negotiation, offer acceptance, and onboarding transition. Partners with leadership and recruiting teams, uses mortgage production data and market intelligence to develop closing strategies, address candidate concerns, track conversion metrics, and influence hiring outcomes in a competitive mortgage lending environment.
