As a Fullstack Engineer, you will design and implement core systems for real-time data processing using AI to enhance physical security. You'll work on scalable microservices, develop APIs, and manage cloud service reliability.

Lead post-sale deployment, onboarding, and long-term adoption of an AI-driven physical security platform. Drive cross-functional alignment, define success criteria, train users, capture feedback, and identify expansion opportunities while managing complex enterprise stakeholders and operational rollouts.

Partner with AI and engineering teams to support embeddings, vector search, retrieval workflows, analytics, and low-latency data access while building automation, tooling, and best practices for database operations.

Lead and build the Revenue Operations function to create a predictable, scalable GTM engine. Own forecasting, planning, CRM architecture, GTM tech stack, data governance, funnel/process optimization, cross-functional alignment, and executive/board reporting to drive pipeline, bookings, ARR, and GTM efficiency.

The Director of Software Engineering will lead an engineering team, drive product development, and manage team performance. Responsibilities include architectural decisions, recruitment, and ensuring product quality while maintaining agility.

Design and build backend APIs and services for enterprise security teams. Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers on product features from concept to production.

Conduct high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, social) and research target accounts to qualify leads, schedule discovery and assessment meetings, collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, maintain Salesforce for lead management and forecasting, prioritize opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up to convert interest into qualified pipeline.
