Supports the CEO as a trusted administrative and strategic partner by managing complex calendars, executive and Board meetings, global travel, expenses, communications, confidential documents, stakeholder relationships, and special projects. The role requires exceptional discretion, autonomy, judgment, organization, business acumen, and responsiveness while coordinating with senior leaders, Board members, investors, partners, and other external stakeholders.

Serves as the strategic finance partner to Commercial functions, leading budgets, forecasts, long-range planning, operating expense and headcount management. Performs variance analysis, financial modeling, investment trade-off evaluation, launch and growth decision support, executive reporting, and board-level analysis. Builds scalable planning infrastructure, dashboards, and repeatable forecasting processes while advising senior leaders on financial risks, opportunities, and resource allocation.

Provide high-level, confidential administrative and operational support to the CFO and CFO organization, managing complex calendars, Board and audit materials, travel, meetings, executive communications, and special projects while handling sensitive financial and corporate information with discretion.

The Director of Operational Excellence will lead process improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, ensuring high-quality medicine delivery. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and expertise in Lean methodologies.
