Reviews performance reports, develops recovery strategies, supports team selling, manages timelines and KPIs, and collaborates with purchasing, production, and executive account leadership. Requires promotional products industry experience, account management and sales experience, strong communication, project management, analytical ability, and Excel proficiency.

Supports strategic activities for designated customer accounts, including maintaining program details, coordinating product loads and samples, assisting with merchandising and sourcing, reviewing inventory availability, and supporting order fulfillment. The role collaborates with purchasing, production, clients, and external contacts; performs sales follow-ups, evaluates customer feedback, and assists with program awareness activities.

Manage end-to-end international shipments: prepare export documentation, track shipments, ensure import/export compliance and labeling, coordinate carriers and freight forwarders, handle customs clearance and brokers, maintain HTS classifications, resolve transportation issues, and liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and project managers.
