Manage onboarding and data migration for financial services clients: plan implementations, build databases in CENTRAL, configure systems, establish banking/payment arrangements, coordinate teams/vendors, monitor performance, document processes, and serve as first escalation for clients.

Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements and supporting schedules for community associations. Audit transactions, maintain accounting controls, complete quality checklists, update cover memos, respond to financial inquiries, support month-end and year-end close, and participate in internal and external audits.

Lead day-to-day AP/AR, homeowner accounting, collections, banking, estoppels, resale, and tax administration. Build KPIs, scale processes, drive automation (AI/OCR/RPA), manage teams, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
