Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 SMB SaaS accounts, onboarding customers, improving adoption, monitoring account health, supporting customers, identifying expansion opportunities, and leading renewals. The role uses customer usage data, scaled success programs, high-value content, and cross-functional product feedback to maximize customer value. It requires sales-domain expertise, experience with sales engagement platforms, strong communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and operate Nooks’ legal function alongside the VP of Legal. Support sales with commercial contract requests, manage legal workflows and systems, oversee contract lifecycle management, signature routing, vendor onboarding, compliance administration, and corporate support. Maintain and improve AI agents used for contract review, drafting, triage, and prioritization while determining when human judgment is required.

Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, identify and engage technical candidates, manage pipelines and candidate experience, track sourcing metrics, and support scalable recruiting programs and process improvements.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple teams: partner with hiring managers to define roles, source and screen candidates (particularly Business/GTM), manage candidate experience through onboarding, maintain recruiting metrics and talent pipelines, and help build scalable hiring programs. Role is hybrid (3 days/week) in downtown San Francisco.

Lead post-sale deployments from kickoff to launch: run discovery, manage stakeholders and project plans, configure integrations and AI-powered signals/workflows, coordinate with engineering, enable user adoption and training, and build implementation processes and documentation.

Lead strategic initiatives, own planning processes (annual planning, OKRs, headcount), build operating cadences, analyze performance, create dashboards, run cross-functional projects, remove operational bottlenecks, and support executive decision-making with financial and strategic analysis.

As Head of Design, you will define the design vision, lead a growing design team, and ensure cohesive user experiences for Nooks' platforms. You'll partner with product and engineering on the product roadmap, translating complex problems into intuitive interfaces while building scalable design systems and championing user feedback.

Own and evolve the revenue systems backbone: HubSpot CRM administration, data warehouse schema and pipelines, 80+ production sync and scoring services, AI agent orchestration, integrations, monitoring, data governance, and rep-facing optimizations.

Lead the technical arm of Revenue Operations: build and run the revenue data platform, automation for pipeline generation, quote-to-sign and deal economics, board/internal revenue reporting, and product-launch rails. Manage a small engineering team, set architecture and data standards, own reconciled quarterly closes, and partner with Sales, CS, Finance, Product, and Eng to operationalize pricing, billing, and reporting.

Lead the visual expression of Nooks across marketing and digital touchpoints. Design high-impact campaign and website assets, craft in-person and experiential materials, establish brand systems and standards, art direct external partners, and build a scalable creative studio leveraging agencies, freelancers, and AI.
