The Technical Support Engineer will serve as the primary contact for enterprise customers, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and ensure successful product adoption. Duties include diagnosing issues, collaborating with R&D, and providing training and proactive communication to customers.

Lead technical discovery, design solution architectures across SCM/CI/CD/registries/identity, deliver demos and POVs, build ROI and risk models, partner with Sales and Customer Success, support security/compliance reviews, and document reusable assets.
