Design, build, and operate public REST APIs and integration platforms supporting enterprise synchronization, marketplaces, automation, and developer ecosystems. Establish API standards, contract testing, reusable connector foundations, CI/CD automation, documentation, and security controls. Own production services through monitoring, incident response, performance tuning, and reliability improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable platform solutions.

Improve platform reliability, observability, resilience, and operational readiness. Partner with development teams to establish reliability standards, implement observability practices, enable autonomous service deployment and support, mentor developers, and drive adoption of incident response, SLO, error budget, and service health practices across the organization.

Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, multi-region Kubernetes clusters, Helm deployment workflows, and observability systems. Improve infrastructure security through image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration. Partner with engineering teams to enable self-service deployments, support AI-assisted remediation, and participate in on-call operations.
