The Senior Product Manager will drive onchain adoption by fintechs and centralized crypto exchanges, creating products that enhance user experience and integrate DeFi functionality.

Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate core protocol features and Rust-based consensus clients. Own full lifecycle delivery, build conformance and adversarial tests, execute safe protocol upgrades, resolve availability/performance issues, and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining high standards for correctness and security.
