Run end-to-end policyholder lifecycle campaigns (welcome to renewal), optimize based on performance, coordinate with brand partners, support launches and events, create social content and assets, and use AI tools to accelerate campaign ideation and execution while carrying direct revenue accountability.

Lead strategy, design, and scaling of commercial auto insurance programs for fleets, mobility platforms, and specialty vehicles. Build carrier and distribution partnerships, define underwriting, pricing, and compliance, monitor program performance, and expand Tint's presence in transportation ecosystems. Act as the market subject-matter expert and represent Tint externally to partners, carriers, and industry groups.
