Work directly with high-value customers to drive Neara platform adoption, define and validate ROI, embed solutions into workflows, deliver training and workshops, collaborate with Sales and Deployment, and identify expansion opportunities through stakeholder engagement and value-driven strategies.

Lead high-stakes enterprise implementations and a small team of technical contributors to deliver measurable customer value. Own account strategy, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, mentor technical ICs, diagnose and course-correct under pressure, and ensure delivery drives real business outcomes. Regular customer travel and a one-month HQ immersion required.

The role focuses on leading editorial efforts to define industry narratives around energy infrastructure, translating regulatory changes into strategic content for executives, and influencing sales and positioning through high-impact communications.
