Develop new business and expand distribution relationships for third-party retirement administration and actuarial consulting services. Engage financial advisors, recordkeepers, CPAs, broker-dealers, and other intermediaries; execute territory sales strategies; explain retirement plan design and compliance concepts; manage partnerships, market intelligence, and sales pipelines; and collaborate with actuarial, operations, marketing, and platform teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Own and scale an advisor-facing sales collateral program across 25+ brands. Design print and digital assets including brochures, presentations, proposals, social graphics, emails, websites, ads, event materials, and templates. Engage directly with senior stakeholders and financial advisors to scope projects, present creative, manage feedback, and deliver work independently. Maintain brand standards, track program performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partner leadership.

Reviews and oversees Defined Benefit and Cash Balance retirement plans, including nondiscrimination testing, PBGC and IRS filings, FASB reports, AFTAP certifications, plan termination work, participant distributions, design studies, and regulatory audits. The role manages a large caseload, provides client consultation, stays current with legislative changes, and uses retirement plan administration and CRM systems to deliver accurate, compliant services.

Develops and manages strategic partnerships with RIA, broker-dealer, recordkeeper, and asset management firms. Drives retirement-plan solution sales, distribution growth, platform inclusion, product integration, co-marketing, and revenue expansion. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, executive relationship management, industry and regulatory analysis, cross-functional initiatives, product training, thought leadership presentations, sales forecasting, and CRM pipeline management.

The Enrolled Actuary will provide actuarial and consulting services for Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans, ensuring compliance and optimizing plan design while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
