Lead and execute capture efforts for federal opportunities across contract vehicles. Develop capture plans, conduct opportunity and competitive analysis, coordinate gate reviews, align solution/pricing/proposal teams, support teaming and subcontractor strategy, maintain CRM pipeline hygiene, and contribute to value propositions and pricing inputs to increase probability of win.

Enforce cloud security (IAM, encryption, network segmentation), monitor and optimize performance/cost, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborate with development teams. Support VA project requirements, undergo background checks, and complete fingerprinting.
