Set technical direction, architecture, priorities, and delivery milestones while remaining hands-on with real-time systems, fault handling, diagnostics, testing, and hardware bring-up. Partner cross-functionally through integration, validation, and production deployment, and establish reliable practices for code review, CI, release readiness, debugging, and safe multi-device deployment.

Lead the technical roadmap, design, integration, validation, and production readiness of autonomous transit vehicle door and closure systems. Responsibilities include mechanism and electromechanical design, requirements definition, supplier coordination, prototype builds, testing, root-cause analysis, manufacturing optimization, quality planning, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams.
