Own hardware roadmap, architecture, drive-by-wire and safety-critical systems, sensor and compute integration, DFM, supplier/CM relationships, and manufacturing scale. Hire and run the hardware organization while remaining hands-on in design reviews and field reliability improvements to enable certified, driverless operation at scale.
