Partners with sales and merchants to identify pain points, design technical solutions, conduct discovery sessions and demos, and guide complex payment integrations from pre-sales through go-live. Translates business and technical requirements, advises developers on SDK integration best practices, manages implementation risks and stakeholders, and provides product feedback to improve Primer’s payments platform.

Own the full sales cycle for Primer’s payments platform across mid-market accounts in North America. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline development, consultative selling, executive engagement, sales strategy, forecasting, CRM recordkeeping, and closing deals. The role collaborates with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams while contributing to sales processes, playbooks, customer insights, and revenue initiatives.

Perform outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities for BDMs across target accounts. Guide leads through early sales stages, book meetings via multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social, video), conduct market research, and creatively engage the ideal customer profile while collaborating with the team.
