Lead end-to-end solution and enterprise architecture for Telecom BSS transformations, advising C-suite customers, defining target architectures, integration patterns, cloud-native and API-first designs, and driving delivery through production readiness, governance, and operational excellence across CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management and related systems.

Conduct US market and competitor research to generate product insights. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, design surveys and studies, synthesize findings into recommendations, and present actionable insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.

Define and drive the CXOS platform architecture vision and roadmap, ensure scalable extensible microservices design, align architecture with delivery, provide technical leadership, produce documentation, resolve architectural issues, collaborate with stakeholders, oversee performance/security/DevOps concerns, evaluate third-party solutions, and be hands-on with Spring Boot/Java or Go.
