Manage a book of named SaaS accounts to drive revenue and engagement through renewals, upsells, and forecasting. Serve as primary client contact, build deeper relationships, collaborate with Product and Partnerships, and help develop scalable account management processes.

Lead financial strategy and operations to support scaling and profitable growth. Build analytical capabilities and KPI reporting, oversee investor reporting, and support executive-level planning, forecasting, and modeling.
