Support and develop Certified Partners to grow business with Genetec solutions by driving SC SaaS adoption and converting partners to higher tiers. Provide training, product demonstrations, pipeline management in CRM, sales guidance, and technical liaison. Coordinate with internal teams and PAEs, assist in transactional system designs, and visit partner sites as needed.

Manage and grow named strategic accounts by developing account and marketing plans, positioning Genetec SaaS products, driving cross-sell/upsell, delivering demos and training, supporting RFx and proposals, maintaining CRM data, forecasting to achieve quotas, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
