Build and scale n8n’s service partner ecosystem across the West Coast by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and growing consulting and systems integration partners. Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue outcomes, develop co-selling motions and joint business plans, execute regional campaigns and events, and provide partner feedback to improve programs and product priorities. Own the technical success of strategic enterprise customers by advising on platform health, scalability, reliability, performance, and architecture. Manage escalations and critical incidents, coordinate Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and communicate resolution plans. Analyze usage and support trends, triage bugs and feature requests, provide preventative recommendations, and contribute workflow improvements or lightweight fixes. Support cloud and self-hosted deployments using DevOps and infrastructure expertise.

Lead and scale the West Coast enterprise sales motion: coach AEs, drive complex deal strategy and execution, run pipeline and forecast reviews, hire and grow the team, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and remove sales friction.

Own the full inbound sales cycle for mid-market accounts: qualify leads, engage technical buyers (developers/CTOs), close deals, collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success, expand the US pipeline, and help shape the US sales motion while supporting hybrid NYC/Boston operations.

Build and own n8n’s enterprise marketing engine, including demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, events, sales enablement, and pipeline strategy. Lead and grow Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams, partner closely with Sales and SDRs, evolve technical messaging for enterprise buyers, and develop repeatable enterprise positioning and campaign playbooks. The role requires zero-to-one enterprise marketing leadership, revenue accountability, technical buyer fluency, PLG/community experience, and AI marketing expertise.

Provide technical support via tickets, chat, and forums; diagnose workflow, integration, and performance issues; escalate to engineering; create documentation and knowledge base; improve product reliability and contribute to the community.

Lead and grow a team of high-touch Customer Success Managers for West and Central regions. Build playbooks, processes, and automations; own territory planning; drive operational excellence using data; recruit and develop talent; partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure seamless customer journeys and long-term enterprise value realization.

Manage a ~30-account enterprise portfolio across US Central, guiding onboarding, adoption, and renewals. Run cadences (kickoffs, QBRs, health checks), monitor product usage, mitigate risks, drive expansion, and provide product feedback. Partner with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to convert technical success into revenue growth.

Serve as primary post-sales partner for strategic enterprise accounts: lead onboarding, success plans, QBRs, and renewals; monitor health and usage, manage escalations, drive expansion, and collaborate with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate adoption into measurable ROI.
