Lead and coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new college and university partners, manage up to 10 concurrent implementations, supervise two partner operations managers, develop repeatable project plans and risk management, ensure data quality and documentation, and transition workstreams to internal teams.

Serve as primary partner contact managing onboarding, renewals, and growth for higher-ed clients. Drive enrollment and retention goals, report on metrics, remove barriers for learners, design scalable processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve partner satisfaction and outcomes.

Connect individually with students to assess interest in returning to school, build rapport, schedule Success Coach meetings, document progress in a CRM, manage high call volume and multi-channel outreach, collaborate with university partners, and use data to prioritize outreach.
