Leads enterprise AI solution engagements for assessment content development. Designs and builds AI tools, prompts, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and prototypes; validates output quality; defines requirements and scaling strategies; trains content teams; manages adoption and impact measurement; contributes to shared AI architecture and strategy; and maintains expertise in assessment design and emerging AI technologies.

Own project and portfolio management for prototype and pilot initiatives, including timelines, dependencies, risks, decision gates, intake, status reporting, and launch readiness. Manage the team’s knowledge and document systems, reusable artifacts, version control, review workflows, and decision records. Leads the vision, architecture, editorial quality, governance, and sustainability of College Board’s staff intranet. Establishes information architecture, content standards, ownership models, channel strategy, metadata practices, and automation to improve discoverability and content currency. Partners with communications, technology, senior leaders, and enterprise content owners to clarify guidance, manage information flows, and continuously improve the digital workplace.

Leads full-stack development of scalable, reliable serverless and container-based applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.
