The BIC Manager oversees daily operations of the Business Intake and Conflicts team, managing workflow, providing mentorship, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Lead enterprise campaign strategy and journey architecture, translating BU objectives into omnichannel, personalized, outcome-driven campaigns. Manage campaign governance, real-time optimization, MarTech roadmap input, cross-channel collaboration, and supervise direct reports to drive measurable business outcomes.

Process lateral attorney, paralegal, and staff candidate submissions for completeness; generate and enter search terms and conflict reports in the conflicts database (IntApp Open); maintain candidate logs and firm filing; respond to applicant inquiries; support Conflicts Analysts and leadership by producing accurate, concise reports for conflicts clearance.

Review and clear incoming conflicts and new-business requests by performing database and corporate research, preparing conflicts reports and waivers, drafting engagement letters and ethical screens, advising attorneys, maintaining resolution notes, and providing training on conflicts and legal ethics.

Lead marketing for the M&A, PE, and Capital Markets business unit: manage intake/prioritization of requests, pitches and proposals, digital and creative enablement, rankings submissions, practice-led events, content and bio stewardship, market research, lateral attorney onboarding, and supervise and develop direct reports while supporting hiring and performance processes.

Manage multiple firm operations projects end-to-end, coordinating agile software development, vendor selection, process reengineering, budgeting, procurement, change management, KPIs and stakeholder communications. Maintain project artifacts, plans, and reports; surface risks and dependencies; ensure operational readiness and delivery across up to five high-profile initiatives concurrently.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI/ML solutions and LLM-powered, agentic applications across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. Implement end-to-end pipelines (ingestion, prompt engineering, deployment, monitoring), integrate with enterprise data platforms, ensure security/privacy compliance, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to support lifecycle management and production support.

Serve as strategic marketing lead for M&A, PE, and Capital Markets practice: develop directory and pitch strategies, market/competitive intelligence, GTM and content requirements, sponsorship ROI and event follow-up, oversee practice marketing materials, collaborate with content/creative and pursuits teams, and manage/mentor direct reports to drive business development outcomes.

Support associate staffing, utilization, onboarding, integration, performance reviews and professional development within the Cyber/Data/Privacy practice. Track and analyze associate metrics, coordinate hiring and onboarding with Legal Talent, implement training and licensure compliance, champion diversity and wellness initiatives, and provide coaching and mentoring to support associate growth.

Provide administrative and logistical support to Associate Development Managers, coordinating meetings and events, preparing communications and reports (utilization, time entry, pro bono, departures), supporting mentoring and talent programs, managing expense reports and reimbursements, and performing general office duties to support the Professional Development team.
