Provide front-line HR support including recruitment, applicant and employee inquiries, employment verifications, report and file maintenance, benefits administration, onboarding/orientation, event support, and administrative assistance to the P&C and executive team while maintaining confidentiality.

Designs and delivers onboarding, operational learning, compliance, and development programs across three properties. Conducts learning needs analyses, creates training plans and calendars, manages Certified Departmental Trainer program, selects vendors, measures training impact, manages budgets, and supports change initiatives. Coaches managers and facilitates in-person training and property-wide learning initiatives.

Oversee hotel accounting operations supporting the Assistant Director of Finance: ensure integrity of general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, AR/AP, cash controls, owner statements, inventory counts, and supervise finance staff while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
