Leads full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer extensions, candidate communication, referral programs, pipeline tracking, and hiring-manager coordination. Develops recruitment strategies, builds talent pipelines, represents the company at recruiting events, maintains confidential records, supports regulatory reporting, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manage supply and inventory of containers and equipment for shippers, truckers and railroads. Track and release equipment, create empty bookings, handle permits/paperwork, plan and steer empty container movements, issue work orders, reposition containers, monitor vendor performance and costs, update reports and dashboards, and resolve equipment/invoice inquiries to minimize turnaround times.

Coordinate day-to-day commercial sales activities: schedule customer calls, prepare performance reports, manage rate proposals and RFQs, onboard contracts, liaise with internal teams to resolve commercial issues, and support digital account setup to grow volume and meet service targets.

Supervise a small sales/commercial team: coach and develop staff, assign work, enforce policies, maintain individual accounts, use Salesforce and QlikView for sales performance, and provide training on systems and FMC regulations.

Manage accounts receivable activities including contacting customers about delinquencies, reconciling and posting payments, enforcing credit limits, generating reports, processing refunds, and resolving disputes while following company accounting policies.

Prepare monthly revenue and cost analyses and variance reporting versus forecast and prior periods. Post voyage accruals in SAP, generate metrics and reports, support forecasting and budgeting, implement solutions in Qlikview, document procedures, perform ad-hoc and benchmarking analyses, and communicate results to management and stakeholders to improve accuracy and processes.

Coordinate inland shipments by rail, truck, barge, and feeder vessel; handle customer inquiries; arrange transport bookings; manage cargo release, customs, and dwell-time issues; liaise with vendors, terminals, legal/insurance, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective intermodal operations and claims documentation.

Lead the Southeast Asia equipment team to manage container equipment availability, positioning, utilization and control. Oversee flow execution, portfolio management, planning and steering; drive reporting, cost control, supplier performance and continuous improvement to support commercial demand and operational requirements.

Lead regional supply-and-demand analytics and cost-optimization efforts. Analyze operational, commercial, and financial data to recommend equipment planning, utilization, forecasting, and cost-saving actions. Build dashboards and models, monitor KPIs, support regional planning and budgets, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to influence decisions and implement approved initiatives.

Provide HR administrative support for compensation & benefits: assist payroll and statutory payments, manage medical insurance and claims, maintain HR records and systems, support employee mobility (pass applications, travel/accommodation), prepare HR reports and analytics, liaise with payroll vendors, and support HR projects as assigned.
