The Market Launcher will sign businesses onto Bounce's platform, focusing on inside and outside sales activities in the Italian market, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding partners.

As Head of Product, you will define the product vision and strategy, lead a team of Product Managers, and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on user experience and business impact.

Lead and scale Bounce’s acquisition product stack (SEO, AI discovery, paid, partnerships) to drive GMV. Run experiments across landing pages, funnels, and geospatial UX, analyze user and funnel data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and iterate quickly to improve discovery, activation, and repeat usage.
