Leads Steno’s Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Data function. Responsibilities include building compensation, benefits, bonus, equity, job architecture, HR systems, analytics, and recognition programs; ensuring compliance and competitiveness; partnering with IT and business leaders; managing vendors and budgets; and developing a high-performing team.
