Leads and scales Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams across a distributed technical services organization. Establishes shared operating standards, capacity planning, quality controls, SLAs, escalation processes, reporting, and governance. Lead delivery of TrakSYS MES projects across discovery, design, build, test, cutover and go-live. Manage 3–4 concurrent projects, govern plans/RAIDD/finances/changes, coordinate technical teams, oversee SIT/UAT, and drive cutover, stabilization and transition to support.
