The Industry Market Manager supports specialty ingredient growth in household, industrial, and institutional cleaning markets. Responsibilities include partnering with sales teams and customers, developing and optimizing formulations, troubleshooting technical and manufacturing issues, translating supplier technologies into customer solutions, supporting commercialization and product launches, delivering technical training, and monitoring market and regulatory trends. The role requires up to 50% regional travel and may be performed from home or an office.

Acts as a finance co-pilot for business unit leaders by analyzing performance, identifying risks and deviations, supporting strategy and M&A planning, and driving corrective initiatives. Coordinates performance reviews, annual planning, strategy cycles, transformation projects, and cross-divisional collaboration. Leads task forces and develops performance management frameworks to improve organizational autonomy and internal services.
