Supports, administers, troubleshoots, and enhances enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications. Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize application performance, manage security and reliability, develop standards, write SQL queries and reports, document solutions, and lead continuous improvements. Provides on-call support, communicates recommendations to senior management, and mentors application support resources.
