The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain software solutions, collaborate with various teams, and implement CI/CD practices. They will also mentor engineers and influence organizational technology strategies.

Own and deliver reliable, secure software in a regulated healthcare environment. Drive solutions from ambiguity to production, build automation to reduce developer toil, mentor engineers, champion AI-assisted coding, and optimize database performance and schemas.

Manage monthly supplier statement audits and pre-billing reviews for DME suppliers, reconcile supplier statements to patient billed charges, investigate and resolve billing variances, and produce reporting to support finance and operations. Partner with Supplier Operations and internal stakeholders to maintain supplier billing data, ensure contractual and payer compliance (including HCPCS coding), and support billing initiatives and process improvements.
