As a Staff Engineer, you will lead backend and data platform systems for Trial Library, ensuring reliability and scalability while utilizing AI tools to enhance operational efficiency in clinical trial navigation.

Lead Trial Library's finance function: build FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, financial reporting, and GAAP-compliant processes. Partner with external accountants, prepare investor and board materials, implement controls and dashboards, advise CEO on strategic decisions, align headcount and payroll with financial plans, and support cross-functional operational improvements.
