Drive new B2B account acquisition across an assigned territory by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging HubSpot. Build and maintain sales pipeline, develop tailored proposals with pre-sales support, meet new-account targets, attend sales events, and support onboarding and internal trainings.

Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for multiple clients in an MSP environment, manage network/datacenter/security/voice technologies, act as escalation point, use monitoring and ticketing tools, interact with vendors, produce service reports, and participate in occasional on-call rotation.
