Serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to improve Salesforce-based Student Success Center technology. Gathers and translates requirements into solutions and Agile user stories, analyzes processes and data quality, documents current and future workflows, supports testing and issue resolution, and identifies enhancements to reporting, automation, user experience, and operational efficiency. Collaborates with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful system improvements.

Lead transformation of a 50+ person creative studio into an AI-enabled Content House. Own brand and content strategy, scalable content systems, editorial standards, operations, capacity planning, vendor model, performance dashboards, and connect creative output to enrollment and CAC metrics while developing senior creative leaders.

Lead design, build, and operate scalable Databricks/Delta Lake data pipelines and Kimball dimensional models using dbt. Manage governance with Unity Catalog, optimize performance and cost, operationalize ML with MLflow, and coordinate/quality-check offshore vendor engineering. Mentor engineers, uphold standards, and deliver trusted data products that power analytics, reporting, and MLOps workflows.

Lead paid media analytics for performance marketing: build SQL-based reporting and Power BI dashboards, validate agency/platform data, run deep-dive diagnostics across paid channels, support experimentation and MMM inputs, and provide actionable media investment recommendations to improve lead quality and enrollment outcomes.

Lead the strategy and development of digital and AI solutions for university partners to enhance the online program lifecycle, improve efficiencies, and drive measurable outcomes.
