Leads mechanical engineering design for commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects from concept through construction close-out. Performs HVAC load and duct design, equipment selection, plumbing and fire protection design, hydraulic analysis, controls documentation, code compliance, design reviews, and quality assurance. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, provides technical direction and mentoring, prepares reports and presentations, and supports proposals and marketing.

Manages design-build drainage engineering projects by overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, technical deliverables, and client satisfaction. Leads hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage design, specifications, proposals, staffing, cross-discipline coordination, risk identification, permitting, and design reviews. Serves as a primary client liaison, mentors project teams, supports business development, and coordinates with contracting partners on transportation infrastructure projects.

Directs a large, multidisciplinary toll technology group of 25–40+ employees. Oversees multiple projects, staffing, priorities, schedules, technical and operational performance, client relationships, business development, recruiting, employee development, compensation reviews, and succession planning. Requires extensive tolling agency and industry experience, strong leadership, and at least 12 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibility.
