Responsibilities include reviewing formulations, ingredients, labeling, artwork, claims, and documentation; assessing international regulatory requirements; coordinating substantiation, testing, and certification; monitoring regulatory developments; escalating compliance risks; and supporting sustainability claims, reporting, responsible sourcing, and packaging data.

Lead commercial strategy for MECCA-Maginations brands by analyzing markets, competitors, retailers, categories, products, and international opportunities. Develop market sizing, financial models, business cases, due diligence, investment recommendations, and go-to-market plans. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Inventory, Brand Marketing, and other teams to evaluate new brands, partnerships, and portfolio decisions.

Manage end-to-end supply, production, demand, and inventory planning across MECCA’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing forecasts, creating production and replenishment plans, maintaining ERP master data, coordinating purchase orders and suppliers, monitoring inventory health, and supporting product launches and promotions. The role partners with product development, brand, marketing, operations, manufacturers, and freight providers to optimize availability, delivery, and inventory levels.

Leads advanced data analysis and builds scalable Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions. Develops dbt data models, collaborates with data engineering teams on Snowflake structures and pipelines, and translates business needs into analytical solutions. Ensures data quality through testing and validation, improves analytics processes, explores advanced analytics and AI opportunities, and mentors junior analysts while supporting strong stakeholder engagement and delivery standards.

Build and maintain IBM Planning Analytics TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, integrations, templates, and reports supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Troubleshoot and optimize existing models, manage changes, document solutions, and perform SIT, regression testing, defect tracking, and go-live support during MECCA’s SAP ERP transformation. The role works closely with Finance, FP&A, and IT.

Build, maintain, and enhance Sitecore components, templates, layouts, and content-driven features. Troubleshoot defects, implement small enhancements, test and document changes, and support releases across digital channels. Collaborate with senior developers, product owners, content, digital, and technology teams to deliver customer-facing web and commerce experiences.
