As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll build secure systems, refine CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring for regulatory resilience, shaping modern banking infrastructure.

Own and scale end-to-end payment operations (ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, checks): triage and resolve payment issues, build automation and dashboards (Retool, SQL, Python, JavaScript), document playbooks, partner cross-functionally, and identify operational risks and process improvements.

Build and operate Column's digital assets compliance program for stablecoin and crypto payment products: operate AML/BSA monitoring, sanctions screening, blockchain analytics, investigations, policy and procedure development, product advisement, metrics reporting, and training. Partner with engineering, product, and bank compliance to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls and ensure integration with the Bank's AML framework.

Own high-value credit partnerships end-to-end: source and qualify accounts, structure and close complex deals, coordinate legal/risk/technical teams, build pipeline and sales playbooks, and act as a subject-matter partner on Column's API-based credit solutions.

Manage oversight of fintech partnerships, evaluate expansions, architect new processes, and drive intelligence and reporting for senior leadership.

Perform L1 triage investigations of transaction-monitoring alerts and customer due diligence, document findings and dispositions per FINCEN/FFIEC and bank procedures, prepare escalation/dismissal narratives, and maintain investigation records to support audits and regulatory exams.
