Manage the San Francisco office’s reception, conference rooms, physical environment, supplies, vendors, deliveries, and workplace issues. Coordinate space for onboarding, interviews, customer visits, meetings, and events across multiple buildings. Build relationships with teams, anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, support events, and maintain a polished, organized, high-quality office experience. This is an in-person role five days per week.

Build and ship agentic AI product experiences, internal automation, and reliable production AI systems. Partner with research engineers to turn internal workflows into customer-facing features, designing harnesses, execution flows, guardrails, and evaluations. Work end to end across APIs, backend systems, agent orchestration, and frontend interfaces. Identify manual processes suitable for AI automation, resolve customer issues, and operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Own technical outcomes for AI customers by designing, deploying, scaling, and improving inference and post-training workloads. Build proofs of concept through production, develop evaluations and benchmarks, troubleshoot mission-critical incidents, automate deployment and evaluation infrastructure, and contribute product fixes to Baseten’s codebase. Manage multiple accounts, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and participate in on-call support.

Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, set introductory meetings, manage and document pipeline, influence product roadmap, identify high-potential verticals, execute outbound strategies, and represent Baseten at industry events.

Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, end-to-end billing, contract review, sales and indirect tax, monthly close, reporting, and audit deliverables. Partner with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and FP&A to structure deals, automate billing workflows, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate revenue treatment across usage-based, committed-capacity, credit, and multi-year contracts.

Build Baseten's procurement function: design company-wide procurement processes, policies, and workflows; implement P2P tooling and reporting; manage vendor onboarding, RFPs, sourcing, negotiations, and vendor risk; partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and IT; and establish controls for audit and SOX readiness.

Own and harden Baseten's marketing tech stack (ESP, CRM, tracking, forms, connectors). Build inbound defenses, enforce data integrity, implement lead scoring/routing/attribution, systematize intake and web request processes, partner with RevOps/Data/Sales, and build or implement custom and AI-powered automation to keep marketing systems reliable and scalable.

The Senior Product Engineer will design and implement features for a training platform, working through the tech stack and collaborating with research engineers to enhance model development and user experiences.

Build and maintain responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to launch performant, scalable UIs, create reusable component libraries, define APIs, mentor engineers, and drive frontend best practices.

Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Baseten's post-training inference offerings. Develop narratives, technical content (white papers, blogs, demos, case studies), enable sales, and produce market and competitive analysis to engage developer and enterprise audiences.
