Lead large-scale brand campaigns across digital, events, and out-of-home; partner with product marketing and engineering on launches; translate complex technical ideas into clear visual communication; evolve and scale Baseten's visual identity and brand system; own projects end-to-end and shape employer brand while raising craft across customer touchpoints.

Lead and drive complex, cross-team infrastructure programs end-to-end: scope migrations, sequence dependencies, manage risk, establish operating rhythms, track action items, create clear plans from ambiguous goals, surface risks, and communicate progress to engineers and senior leadership to ensure programs complete on time and without surprises.

Build in-house tools for post-training models, focusing on improving model efficiency using various ML techniques across the system stack.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will manage Baseten's billing and revenue infrastructure, ensuring reliability and collaboration with finance and sales teams while evolving the billing platform.

Lead and grow a systems engineering team building container runtime and storage layers for production AI inference. Set technical direction, drive containerd/runc enhancements, own startup performance and weight/image delivery, and partner cross-functionally while contributing upstream to open-source container projects.

Own end-to-end developer experience for deploying and operating ML models: CLI/SDKs, console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment lifecycle (canary, A/B, rollback), multi-model composition, and developer-driven workflows. Drive customer research, ship improvements, and make Baseten the default platform for production model serving.
