As a Staff Software Engineer on the Developer Experience team, you will enhance developer productivity by building robust CI/CD systems, frameworks, and AI-driven solutions for software development workflows.

Own and optimize the recruiting technology stack (Ashby and integrations), design scalable processes and AI-powered automations, partner with Analytics for reporting requirements, manage core recruiting workflows and requisitions, and align with Finance, People Operations, and IT to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience across global teams.

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will lead engineering projects, build secure systems, and collaborate on AI applications to deliver high-value products.

Build, integrate, and operate AI tooling and agentic workflows across functions. Own MCP and connector integrations, vendor security/privacy reviews, governance, prototypes, and roadmaps to scale internal AI use safely and reliably.

Lead strategic partner pursuits from ideation through execution to expand product functionality and GTM motions. Identify and evaluate partnerships, negotiate complex agreements, build business cases, and manage cross-functional integration with product, finance, legal, and GTM teams to drive distribution and revenue.

Build and ship AI-driven growth systems that automate content, targeting, personalization, and campaign operations. Integrate automation with Marketo, Salesforce, CMS and analytics, run A/B experiments on harvey.ai and campaign surfaces, manage costs of workflows, and prototype emerging AI capabilities to accelerate demand generation and pipeline conversion.

Lead and mentor a team of designers to execute high-visibility brand activations, events, campaigns, and product launches. Translate creative direction into exceptional visual work, provide design feedback, maintain consistency and operational workflows, and balance hands-on execution with management to raise the teams craft and scale creative output.

Lead and build Harvey's marketing operations and analytics function: design and own the martech stack, measurement and attribution, AI-driven automations, lead lifecycle and routing, data governance and privacy, budget and vendor management, operational QA and experimentation, and hire and develop a global team while partnering cross-functionally to connect marketing to pipeline and revenue.

Lead the definition and execution of Harvey’s voice and editorial standards across marketing, product, and executive communications. Create and edit high-impact creative concepts, mentor writers, partner with cross-functional teams, and scale the company’s copywriting practice while owning key campaigns and launches.

Partner with Product and Engineering to define product metrics, design experiments and causal analyses, build reporting and models, analyze user behavior and segments, and translate insights into product recommendations while establishing Product Data Science practices.
