The Support Operations Engineer will develop enablement content, support onboarding, maintain resources, and improve learning experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Provide corporate governance and transactional support for domestic and foreign entities: prepare board materials and minutes, assist with financings, M&A, real estate, insurance, support compliance and employment document drafting, conduct legal research, respond to vendor KYC and internal inquiries, and manage legal operations and subscriptions.

Own content and programming for Harvey's global events, curating agendas, managing keynote/product showcases, sourcing and preparing speakers, building playbooks and trackers, coordinating activations and evening programming, analyzing post-event feedback, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-quality in-person event experiences.

Lead and scale Harvey's Customer Education function: own roadmap, grow the team, manage content and certification programs, drive digital-first onboarding and adoption, measure education impact on revenue, and position Harvey as the authority on Legal AI through external thought leadership.

Lead and evolve the website design system and end-to-end web design process, drive prototyping and user testing to improve UX and accessibility, mentor junior designers, and partner with engineers and marketing to deliver high-quality, high-performance web experiences.

Lead marketing, enablement, data/reporting, and registration for Harvey's flagship conference (FORUM). Drive invite strategy, partner with Sales/Customer Success, manage registration pipeline, own Salesforce reporting, coordinate content/social/creative, and ensure events deliver measurable revenue impact.

Lead the AMER GTM Strategy & Operations team to partner with Enterprise Sales leadership on territory, quota, and headcount planning; drive forecast rigor, pipeline strategy, CRM hygiene, operating cadence, onboarding/ramp programs, and high-impact GTM initiatives while building and developing a high-performing team of Sales Business Partners.

Own and scale Harvey's conversational AI program end-to-end: manage vendor relationships, run Help Center chatbot and internal email AI agent, define roadmap and metrics (containment, deflection, CSAT), partner with Support Ops and Engineering, represent program to leadership, and hire and lead a team as the program grows.

Lead product and tech communications to explain Harvey's AI products to technical and legal audiences. Own product narrative, translate complex engineering work into clear stories, secure high-impact media coverage, raise executive and researcher profiles, build AI-enabled workflows for the team, and cultivate relationships with top-tier journalists, podcasters, and influencers.

The Competitive Intelligence Lead will oversee market analysis, competitive positioning, and strategy development for product marketing at Harvey, ensuring market-readiness and effective storytelling for sales and marketing teams.
